The Hamilton is a 26 story mixed-use tower that sits in the Deep Ellum entertainment and art district near downtown Dallas. The Hamilton is 315,000 sf, including 25,000 sf retail, 11,000 sf of amenities, a 457-car parking garage with controlled access, and 310 residential units. The seventh floor amenity building includes a lounge, makers room and workout facility. The rooftop pool and deck is oriented to take full advantage of the afternoon sun and panoramic views of downtown Dallas.
