Proposed Planning, design and construction development on the former Canadian village,
Along Haile selassie/chole Roads, Masaki, Kinondoni Municipality, DSM, Tanzania. (2008)
The design development is targeted to satisfy the deficiency of the fast growing Dar es Salaam city. The city is currently lacking proper, elegant, contemporary and well designed water sports, children parks and conference facility. These developments will accommodate 12floors of apartment flats organized on 6 towers. Ample parking space on the basement floor. The ground and mezzanine floors dedicated to accommodates: Shopping malls and supermarkets, food courts, cafes, boutique, salons, banking facility and indoor games. The central court will be for Water Park, swimming pools, amazements and children play.

One thing I haven't seen are recreational facilities. I have seen one water park, but it was nothing compared to the places I have been in the U.S. If we could have a theme park built in one of our major cities, that would be a milestone of improvement for anywhere in Africa.
The returns on investments for these type of business is not that lucrative for the time being. But then again, Mlimani City opened everyone was scheptical if it wud work. It is full 247!
Kinondoni has passed a new height law for Masaki/Msasani Peninsula area.So if Manji got the building permit before the law was passed then he could continue otherwise I don't see this project starting soon.

What is the new maximum height as per the new law?
