Ivi inashindikana kitu gani kuondoa ile sheli ya mafuta nadhani ni OilCom halafu upande wa kushoto hadi Idara/Wizara ya maji kuna nafasi kubwa hadi darajani. Watumie bil 10 kuhamisha watu wale halafu waweke Rings za kueleweka hapo, Barabara kama ya kwenda UDSM hakuna haja ya kuungana na hii ya kwenda Mwenge itokee pale pale kwenye rings.

Jamani Tanzania tutabadilika lini?? Viraka viraka hadi lini jamani?
Hamtaki kubomoa basi acheni kujenga mighorofa mirefu Dar Es Salaam muanzishe miji mipya nje ya huko kuliko jaa kiholela.

I am not sure about the OilCom side, lakini upande ule wenye maduka na uswahili, wameshapewa fidia na agizo la kuhama. Kuna watu watatu wenye title deed wana weka uksiku wamenda mahakamani wakidai fidia ndogo na pia kuna issue ya makaburi yalioko hapo nyuma. Huu mpango ni wa siku nyingi, walipewa agizo la kwanza 1991, ikafutwa 1993 wakapewa title deed wengine waka jenga, then 1998 wakapewa stop order ya ujenzi kwajili ya kufanya estimate ya fidia.

By the way, interchange inahitaji eneo kubwa, itakula eneo kuanzia geti ya idara ya maji mpaka TBS na upande wa pili Tanesco itabidi wahamishe baadhi ya transformer zao na yale magenereta.

Kama siyo Ubungo wapi kuwe na Interchange??? Kigezo kinachofanya kuwe na render za ajabu ajabu ni kwa sababu ya space, Ubungo kuwa na Interchange haikwepeki ni muhimu sana la sivo tatizo litaendelea kuwepo. Inatakiwa mtu apite pale wala asijue kama alitakiwa kuwa kwenye foleni kwa zaidi ya saa zima. Ndiyo transformation towards development inayohtajika. Kwa sababu wakishaweka hizo barabara za juu zitakaa zaidi ya miaka 30, ina maana zinatkiwa ziwe na uwezo kuhimili traffic ya 2045. la sivo tutabomoa kila mara na hiyo ni hasara

Sehemu nyingi zenye junction miji inayokua kama Chalinze nayo wajipange vizuri.

Ile video ya Magufuri na yule maza wa World Bank ilifaa iwe kwenye uzi huu pia.

Bila kubadilisha hii render basi mie sitomuunga mkono maneno yake anayodai eti atajenga Interchange ubungo.

Better but still underwhelming as there is still unnecessary stopping at the 1st and second levels.

They should compromise that sheli and vibanda vya upande wa chuo cha maji, angalao wapate half interchange kwa magari yanayotoka mandela road kwenda mjini, na yanayotoka MCITY kwenda kimara.

Oilcom wamtoe, makutano ya hizi barabara yasogee kama unakuja mwenge Songas na Tanesco wawe nje kidogo, Idara ya maji na wananzengo watolewe ili kuwe na space. kupatikane nafasi kila njia iwe kivyake nonstop

Tanzania gari saivi ni kama kumiliki simu, na kuna uwezekano magari yakawa mengi zaidi.

Interchange haina kusimama wala mataa Mhe: Waziri wa Ujenzi
Weka kitu kinachoheshimika kipe Jina hata la Julius K. Nyerere Interchange hapo tutakukumbuka daima.

Tusilipue kazi na maendeleo yana Gharama, na hizo ndio gharama zake

not bad at all my dear.This can work for next 10-20 years at least....if u observe carefully there is almost no stopping man...........I think it's well designed and affordable for the country like ours which can barely afford an annual gvt budget........otherwise the folks responsible for sucking an ESCROW account are pinned to channel 'em cash back to this inter changer.....:lol::lol: then we can build a standard world class inter changer(of four floors) comparable to the ones in the west.

I think they tried their best to utilize all the space they got which is commendable. However, this is one-off investment for 100 years and not 20-30 years as Overland pointed out cars are purchased like mobile phones and therefore there should not be a single stop period. It will reduce congestion for sure but not convinced this would be sustainable after 30 years. Those level 1 intersections are the ones I see problematic. The last thing we want to see is long ques of cars stuck on flyovers!

‘Flyover’ Ubungo

Akizungumzia barabara hiyo ya juu ya Ubungo, Mkuu Idara ya Usanifu na Viwango wa Wakala wa Barabara Tanzania (Tanroads), Mhandisi Ebenezer Mollel alisema katika eneo la Ubungo kutakuwa na barabara za ngazi tatu ambazo zitakuwa katika mifumo isiyowezesha msongamano wa magari.

Mollel alisema barabara za mabasi yaendayo haraka (BRT) itaendelea kufanya kazi kama kawaida ikiongozwa na taa, huku magari yanayotoka barabara ya Sam Nujoma na Mandela, mfano Buguruni - Mwenge au Mwenge - Buguruni yatakuwa yakipita juu.

“Katika barabara ya kwanza magari kutoka mjini (Barabara ya Morogoro) kwenda Buguruni (Mandela) na Kimara (Morogoro) kwenda Mwenge (Sam Nujoma) yataongozwa na taa. Magari yanayotoka Buguruni kwenda Mwenge na Kimara kwenda Buguruni nayo yatafuata mfumo wa taa,” alisema Mollel.

“Katika barabara ya pili magari yanayotoka mjini (Barabara ya Morogoro) kwenda Mwenge na Kimara kwenda Buguruni nayo yatatakiwa kuongozwa na taa na hii ‘Flyover Interchange’ haitakuwa na msongamano kwani kila gari litakuwa na njia yake na hakutakuwa na msongamano wowote.”

Tatizo bado lipo, Wasibanie pesa wawatoe idara ya maji na wananzengo Sam Nujoma kutoka Ubungo junction hadi kwenye mto kabla ya kona ya UDSM. Huu ni ubabaishaji tu.
