SM Development Corporation (SMDC), the residential arm of SM Prime Holdings, Inc., has launched a R3-billion condominium tower as part of a three-tower development in in the province of Cavite.

First Cavite project? Do they already built a condo in Tagaytay City, which is in Cavite?

Actually 2nd project na ito ng SMDC sa Cavite. Tama ka unang project nila ang Wind Residences since part ng Cavite ang Tagaytay. Maybe when it comes to marketing strategy kaya nila sinabi na 1st in Cavite ang Green 2 and they considered Tagaytay as special location. Sa totoo lang marami pa rin tao lalo na hindi taga-Cavite ang hindi nakakaalam na ang Tagaytay ay part ng Cavite. After Green 2 next naman ang Hope Residences sa Trece Martires!
