Yup connected po ang Richville sa First Federated Properties... sila din gumawa ng Torre de Santo Tomas sa Manila.

Di ko lang alam kung kailan target completion nito pero as of now under construction na ito. Ayoko muna mag-assume na tallest building ito in Luzon outside Metro Manila pero natutuwa ako dahil ito ang magiging pinakamataas na building sa Dasma

other than Tagaytay City, so far wala pa namang over 25 floors na building in Luzon, even in Antipolo or Cainta.

hopefully more highrises to come.

Maunlad na talaga ang dasma, isa lang sa nakikita kong hindi maganda ay yung poste na bakal na matataas along sa aguinaldo highway. Minsan ay nakaharang mismo sa walkway o di kaya nasa loob ng bakuran ng residente kagaya nung makalampas ng arkontica. Mukhang wala ng lugar para sa road expansion.

Pero ang daming subdivision at mga malls ang nagsulputan sa dasma, hindi na nga kami pumupunta ng maynila para mamasyal, sa dasma na lang. Tapos humahabol din ang silang sa development kaya mas aangat pa ang dasma.
