^^ ang ganda pala sana if ang facade at entrance di natakpan ng building na yan na may Yellow Fin resto. Pag napadaan ka jan, di mo nga masyado mapapansin na meron palang ginagawang hotel. IMO though.

^^ SouthMegaCity, basi gilabhan pa lang. :lol: :lol: good news but I'm not sure if ready na ang Panabo for another mall after Gaisano Grand considering its proximity to Tagum and Davao. Kung sabagay, ang Toril nga dalawang malls na. Plus the rumored SM Savemore or Hypermart.
