Its a 5-storey bungalow. There are at least 20 bedrooms, a banquet hall and a super large size masterbath to name a few. The price does not include the land. But then, the land actually belongs to the same person building the house. Its probably going to be the home to one of the most successful property tycoons in malaysia, (i ll not name it, you guess it yourself). He is building another condovillas at the same land, called Matahari. The bungalow can be seen from the sprint highway or from the vibrant street of desa sri hartamas shops. Very few infos i have on them.

^That bungalow just pooh pooh compared to the Mega Hadhari Bungalow in Perth. :lol:

The RM60 million 'mansion' owned by a Dato' Patrick Lim (if I am not mistaken) in Perth had been 'always been mistakenly to be built by' Khairy, PM Badawi and Kamaluddin.

Here's an extract from Malaysia Today:

Malaysia's First Family's family home at 34, Bay View Terrace, Mosman Park, Perth, Australia is currently under extensive and massive renovation works. A house bought by a non-permanent resident has to be renovated at a cost of more than half the purchase price.

The house comprises of the main block, the staff quarters and a swimming pool. The land area is about half an acre to an acre.

The scheduled date of completion of the renovation works is between December 2006 to March 2007 depending on the availability of skilled workers. The total value of the house on completion of the renovation works will be between Aus$8 million to Aus$10 million.

If I am not mistaken, Spring Villa at Ampang Hilir, KL still stands as the most expensive private residence in Malaysia costing about RM60million. :yes:

hehe..i know TS Jefferey Cheah is from Sunway Group.you see,everytime i hear about 'the most successful property tycoons in malaysia',TS Jeferey always pop into my mind.

There is another house is rumoured to cost close to rm100million including all the finishing, furnitures and the collection of arts in the house. It belongs to a person who has businesses in tile trading, both locally and overseas. Again, its p&c. Some said the columns are not concrete based, but actually made from real stone with no joint and unpolished, specially brought from overseas. The house itself is fitted with all kinds of imported rare tiles and stones. Impressive and the house is located near US embassy.

I think TS Jeffrey is ok ok oni. I'm sure there're many other property guys that could be more successful or richer.

Wow, rm100M for a house (yes, understatement there somehow) - bank interest alone will be about rm8M per year, provided you have a need to take out a mortgage in the first place !
