Well Underway, I think late 16/ early 17 is the move date for MSD, and then I suspect somet sort of similar redevelopment will happen to the current Bowen Street site they are on....So, someone in Wellington, is the following project underway?
That would be Aurora Terrace and its motorway overbridge , and to be honest thats pretty much what is there now,Pretty appalling treatment of that street running along the side of it, blank walls and driveways and what appears to be more driveways on its main street frontage. Pretty average in this day and age, looks like 1980s office block architecture.

THats the original hertage facade, its currently held up with a big steel frame as the rest of the building has been levelled, it was quite stunning inside ( for a school )Now that's a classy looking building. Is that a heritage facade or a new building at Wellington East Girls' College?
