There shouldn't be gender equality.

Because women's standard should always be higher than men

Sorry, but status of woman in islam is not that awesome. In court they are worth as half of what the male is worth. Inheritance laws are not right... Then hijab.

I was the best student in Mekteb and Ruzhdia (religious schools for kids and adolescents in Bosnia). So, I know much about fiqh, Islamic history, prophet Mohamed's pbuh life etc. There are some beautiful things in Islam that you can't find in other religious, but there are also the ones that are not so awesome.

sorry for the intrusion ,are u awoman ? and the general idea in islam (though not widely known) is that women are more effecient in many things mostly needed by the whole society and that start at the building block ...home

in away (other than protecting womin whech is still needed in our times maybe even more than in other times because we have a tendancy as humans to cvelise our cities but not our soles ) the way to make a wide spread effect is really home .
