http://www.qdnd.vn/qdndsite/en-us/75/72/182/155/160/167411/Default.aspxThu Thiem Tunnel is the most important section of the East-West highway project in HCMC. Built at a total cost of US$189 million provided by Japanese ODA, it has been constructed by a consortium of four Japanese contractors: Obayashi Corporation, Taisei Corporation, Kumagai-Kajima consortium and Toa Corporation.
What makes you think Tonle Sap River tunnel is cheaper? No one has gave a price tag yet?http://www.qdnd.vn/qdndsite/en-us/75/72/182/155/160/167411/Default.aspx
how can Tonle Sap River tunnel cheaper than thu thiem tunnel?
I don't think this project will happen in at least 10 years.
How long is this project?Anyway, ThuThiem Tunnel is longer than this project. ThuThiem is a 2250m ( longest in SEAsia) so it's definitely more expensive.
According to the speech of Governor on Bayon TV, this project is feasible but not now, we wait sometimes in futuremrfusion said:How long is this project?
I don't think so, p-penh is very different with VN cities.I don't think this project will happen in at least 10 years.
Thu Thiem Tunnel is built after Ho Chi Minh City has developed the most modern boulevard - Vo Van Kiet Boulevard ( East- West Highway ). I don't think Phnom Penh will have a tunnel until the city's road system gets more developed.
I mean how long is this tunnel.According to the speech of Governor on Bayon TV, this project is feasible but not now, we wait sometimes in future
