Doctors in Doha

Are most of the doctors employed in public and private hospital is Qatar local Qataris or foreigners? And if there are some foreigners, how much do they get paid on average? I just want to get an idea of the opprtunities in health care in Qatar for foreigners wanting to work there. Any iformation would be well appreciated.
