this one is sketchy... the developer is an anonymous LLC. If materialized, Downtown Brooklyn will be plus one tower denser.

Straight out of Beirut.. or Calcutta. "Lets make it look like an accordion and lets just leave bare concrete on the sides"...What can one say?:eek:hno:. This design would have gotten an F in architecture school. One of poorest designgs, next to the Brooklyner in Brooklyn.

There is supposed to be a whole row of taller buildings along Albee Square which should hide the sides.
