Very few people ever access that area comparatively so guessing they just left it as-is ;p. That's not the CTBUH measurement from B1 as the starting point (653.30 m), it is the "older" one from Ground level (Podium), two levels above. So for the service personnel the tip sits at 818 m, or they never bothered to change (that card) to (match) CTBUH's zero?
