That's not the CTBUH measurement from B1 as the starting point (653.30 m), it is the "older" one from Ground level (Podium), two levels above. So for the service personnel the tip sits at 818 m, or they never bothered to change (that card) to (match) CTBUH's zero?

Very few people ever access that area comparatively so guessing they just left it as-is ;p. Or maybe despite CTBUH's criteria, the management of the tower consider Ground Level the starting point of things.

I noticed the tier 19 height right away as well.
I did enjoy the vid tho.
I find the any shots of the upper tiers very interesting.

The top of Burj Khalifa has always blurred the line between "crown" and "spire".

Even the "643.3m" location is way too big to be called a "spire", with all that steel structure, glass cladding and even a functioning toilet with plumbing!

If Emaar were to retrofit the floors at tier 19 so that normal occupants can stay there, then it would be the only habitable floors above 600m in the world.
