DAMAC Heights - first DAMAC branded tower - unveiled alongside DSS '07 promotion

Luxury lifestyle provider and the region's largest private sector master developer, DAMAC Properties, today unveiled DAMAC Heights - its first branded tower.

DAMAC Heights.

The launch of the iconic 90-storey tower is part of DAMAC's exciting promotion during the Dubai Summer Surprises 2007.

Located in the prestigious Dubai Marina overlooking the Palm Jumeirah, DAMAC Heights features the most exclusive penthouses, duplexes, 3, 2 and 1 bedroom apartments. At the launch, DAMAC has also announced a host of other promotions revolving around all its Dubai-based properties during DSS 2007 - the 72-day-long shopping and retail extravaganza which gets under way on June 21.

Every purchase of a property at DAMAC Heights or any other DAMAC property worth AED350000 during DSS 2007 entitles the buyer to enter a draw, where one luxury car from the bouquet of one Bentley Continental, two Aston Martin V8 Vantage Coupe cars and two Lamborghini Gallardo Coupe cars will be raffled. The draws will be held every second week commencing 5th of July at the Mall of the Emirates.

A customer gets 14 days to put in the eligibility amount for any DAMAC apartment - equivalent to 20% of the value of the unit - to be eligible for the raffle.

Hussain Sajwani, Chairman of DAMAC Holding, said: 'Close on the heels of our tremendous promotions during DSF 2007, we are delighted to introduce an array of exciting promotions during Dubai Summer Surprises. As part of our unique offering during DSS, we have unveiled yet another masterpiece for the discerning community in the Middle East and worldwide. DAMAC Heights, the first DAMAC branded tower brings together state-of-the-art facilities with the ultimate in luxury at Dubai Marina, the most prestigious waterfront address in the region.'

He added: 'Overlooking Palm Jumeirah, DAMAC Heights offers a pioneering, premier residential complex that offers distinctive lifestyle expressions with unparalleled opportunities. DAMAC has always believed in unique offerings and DAMAC Heights is a truly one-of-its-kind masterpiece, offering the highest form of luxury that anybody can comprehend.'

Designed by world-class architects Aedas, the 90-level DAMAC Heights will have 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, exclusive penthouses and duplexes equipped with thoughtfully planned space and utilities. The towers offer the perfect choice of amenities such as health clubs for men and women, steam and sauna facilities, gymnasium, swimming pools, nursery and day-care centres, barbecue area, banquet area, golf simulator and games room. Limitless luxury awaits owners of the penthouses and duplex apartments including a luxury yacht maintained by DAMAC Properties, a private cinema, personal gymnasium, indoor swimming pool, jet spa and sauna.

Commenting on the DSS 2007 promotion, Peter Riddoch, CEO of DAMAC Properties, said: 'Dubai Summer Surprises is celebrating its tenth year this time and the visitor traffic is expected to be around 2.16 million, which is about 15 per cent higher than the previous year. Like every year, even this year we look forward to an exciting and gratifying DSS while promoting Dubai as a global destination with luxurious living.'

The launch of the tower as part of DAMAC's DSS promotion follows the impressive response to their Dubai Shopping Festival 2007 promotion. During DSF 2006-07, DAMAC Properties, as a support sponsor, announced the largest promotion ever worth over AED87 million. DAMAC gave a brand new ECLIPSE 500 Jet, worth AED5.5 million to one lucky customer amongst the first 700 properties bought during DSF 2006. The company had a Jaguar for every new customer who bought a DAMAC Property during DSF 2006.

'DSS creates an excellent platform for us to showcase our luxury developments and provide an impetus to our sales. We continually undertake promotions and this clearly reiterates our commitment to our customers in not only offering them a luxury brand but also a luxury gift as a token of our appreciation for being part of our esteemed DAMAC family. The chances of winning the draw are extremely high as the raffle draw would restrict to purchases initiated during those two weeks only and there would be no roll-overs into subsequent weeks. The more you buy, the better are the chances of winning,' added Mr. Riddoch.

The annual home-grown event of Dubai, the Dubai Summer Surprises or DSS celebrates its 10th summer this year and it's all set to do it with more vigour, enthusiasm and fun to mark a decade of success. This year, DSS is expected to generate 20% more in revenues, making the total spend to AED3.08 billion compared to AED2.57 billion in 2006.

A larger render

I remember seeing 105 floors for this one before, and now it is 90 floors. If there was a reduction of floors, wouldn't the height be reduced as well? Or was the 105 just an estimation?
So...When actually this one finish? 2080? Damac....
^^ Come on Chad, be realistic for a moment. The completition date, as per our estimates, it will be in 2050.

The first design that was advertised on the site back in February 2006 but quickly removed after we exploded the news in the UAE forum :D

if the older render cut out all the silver at the top, that would be a sexy tower
^^ You're actually right.
On (under projects / middle east & africa / residential) they still say 105F 460 meters and the design is slightly different, so I think the height should be different, but propably still above the 400 meters mark.
Another great tower for Dubai! i like this one! :D
If it has decreased 15 floors, it would probably reduce from 460 to about 410, does that sound reasonable?
Damn man this tower is a futuristic hottie!!! :D

460 Meters ?? higher then the petronas :D :D

Cheers
