Thx for the pix...no need to say that future tenants of that room will loose out on the view since Damac will literally block the fantastic view on infinity....
They're gonna go threesome, pretty soon!
I don't think there is any room to build up another tower in front of Cayan tower

maybe the 3some you are referring to is the 3-towers Marina Gate by Select Group, nearby
Tried to find an aerial to show kony there's room for one tower in front of Cayan, best I found was this one from the time Cayan Tower had its little accident...

thanx but no need of an aerial pix...all i had to do is get up and check on my balcony as i live in front of it :)

there is a small plot of land which is used as cayan tower access road...so i can't see any tower on that narrow site...not to mention that any slim tower there would just block the view toward the sea for any cayan tower resident...

Overall, not as good as the renders :eek:hno:

well in that render even the trees are much greener that what they are in reality

and on top of being greener , they are FAKE !!!

Indeed, it's only palm trees at this location on the promenade ;)

so then it's hard to expect everything else to be conform to the concept design

For sure the best supertall in marina!
i think this title goes to Cayan Tower, hands down...so elegant...Cayan (ex Infinity) is the true star of Dubai Marina
