Wow, E M Bypass will look futuristic in couple of years when many highrises stand tall in a cluster.
unless the civic infrastructure is in place, like proper roads with markings, foot paths, well designed medians, law abiding and disciplined traffic, cleanliness, sewage system, garbage disposal, adequate public transportation that is comfortable as well, no amount of gleam would make it futuristic

Agree but you talked of three qualitative factors-

a) Proper infrastucture
b) Quality of infrastructure
c) Behavioural indicators.

First 2 are time bound
Third is obviously an ongoing process that only comes through attitude and strict rules.

Tower 1 has reached 14 floors....

Nice height, but can they not design anything other than rectangular cuboids?

The skyline in the background looks good. BTW, this was the kind of skyline of Mumbai in the 90's, i suppose. "Once Upon A Time In Mumbai"

In another 10-20 years, Topsia, Tiljala, Picnic Garden and Tangra is going to go through even more redevelopment and gentrification. Considering it is largely industrial and low income, but close to the city center. Ruby onward in the south and Chingrihata onward in the north is well-developed and hardly any land, but this area in the middle is ripe for the picking. Love this skyline from Maa Flyover.
