Ryan Companies is developing a large site just west of the new Minnesota Vikings stadium. The site was owned previously by the Star Tribune newspaper. They've sold their land and moved to the Capella Tower.

Two 20 story mixed use towers anchored by Wells Fargo Bank are now under construction. The buildings will be 301 feet tall, contain 1.2 million square feet of office space, and have 28,000 square feet of commercial retail space. Ryan Companies is both general contractor and design architect for the buildings.

The two buildings will also have five story residential buildings with 200 apartments facing 4th Street.

A seven story apartment building will anchor the far west end between 4th and 5th St along 5th Avenue South.

A five level, 1,610 space parking ramp will occupy the block just east of the buildings. An early proposal calls for Ryan to team up with Magellan Development of Chicago for a 27 story hotel/residential tower built on top of the new parking ramp.

Two additional apartment buildings are planned in a second phase behind the office buildings facing 3rd Street.

I did see that, just wasn't sure if that was still up to date as I've seen slightly different heights from multiple sources the past few months

Phorio (http://en.phorio.com/) is THE best website for data on buildings. Some folks that are/were affiliated with the CTBUH and Emporis (and SSC) collaborate on it. Just look through some projects and you can see how much data and categories they cover. No site is definitive and it's never 100% accurate all the time. But Phorio is about as good and reliable as it gets.
