^^ I don't know what's so confusing about this, it's pretty self explanatory. It says "ላስዴሬ የክፍያ ጣቢያ" in amharic and "Lasdhere Toll Plaza" in english. I'm presuming this station is located within the boundaries of Dire Dawa city, and amharic being the official language of the city, hence the signage. I'm not really sure if that was your question.
