Do we include needles and spires?
Both Marriott and Elektrim are less than 150m, something around 144.
At present, Manchester has no buildings above 150m..With the Tallest being around 118m tall..

However, The beetham tower (157m to roof/171m including the 'blade/fin') is well underway in terms of construction

This week, another tower was approved.. Eastgate tower, this will be approximately 188m tall. Other towers are also proposed which are likely to be over 150m.. giving Manchester the largest collection of skyscrapers in the UK outside of London.

Now we havent got any building taller than 150, but there is one approved.
Iberdrola tower (150-165m (they are looking to put 15 m more to see the sea from it))

As for Warsaw it looks like this:

PKiN - 231 meters
WTT - 208 meters
WFC - 164 meters
Intercontinental - 163.5 meters
Rondo 1 - 198 meters
Marriot and Intraco are close with both having about 140 meters but with spires they are 170 and 150 meters tall.
