Eve Suite attracts positive response for residential units

KUALA LUMPUR: A new mixed development, Eve Suite, is coming up in Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya.

The RM350 million development consists of 570 SoHo or studio suites, and 143 units of serviced apartments in its first phase, while the second phase will consist of 30 units of two-storey strata shops.

Its developer SM Land Group is the developer of Pertama Residency in Taman Kobena, Cheras, as well as the NZX Commercial Centre, also in Ara Damansara.

"Over 2,000 registrations were received for the first phase with 500 bookings since it was officially launched on Jan 1," said sales and marketing manager Frankie Tan.

He told theedgeproperty.com that the development is located on approximately 5.264 acres of freehold land.

"Construction is targeted to begin after Chinese New Year. The project is scheduled to complete within three years from the official signing date of SPA," he said, adding that the retail shops are scheduled to launched after Chinese New Year. The two-storey retail shops have built-ups from 4,121 sq ft, and are priced from RM2.13 million onwards.

The studio suites have built-up areas of 680 sq ft and are currently priced from RM379,100 onwards, while the 2-room serviced apartment units have built-up areas of 1,065 sq ft and are priced from RM580,000 onwards.

"SoHo and 2-rooms serviced apartments were designed to cater to the niche market of business executives and young couples with small families within the age of 25 years to 45 years old," he said. Amenities include a 50m lap pool, a multi-purpose hall, games room, outdoor patio and gym. The building also comes with 2,000 parking bays.

The project is surrounded by the established neighborhoods of Subang Jaya, Bandar Sunway and Bandar Utama. The development is also located next to a proposed LRT station under the LRT expansion plan.
