The first project in which i have been involved in was passed earlier this year with work starting in June.

I was involved in the design but more as the technician as i am still in my Masters course!

The 3D visuals (only one on the link) were mostly my work so a bitter sweet project to be working on for CLA, as i am a Liverpool supporter

Not sure if i can upload the other 3D visuals as i have not watermarked them...

I don't agree with the concept of free schools but this looks a good development regardless.

I'm assuming it will be built on that big empty grassed plot next to the flats on Spellow Lane? Should brighten up that stretch a lot.

Yes. The building bottom left of the aerial shot is the community Hub which has not got planning yet. That requires the demolition of some existing block.

Didn't realise this was on site already, contractor's signage is up and site cabins are there, all ready to go.

All the plans and elevations are on the planning explorer although non material amendments have been made since the approved planning app. Initial idea has remained though. Will be a good addition to the area, especially if the community hub goes ahead. We submit that application soon.
