Mixed development on Lot 386, Section 87A, Jalan Tun Razak comprises of:

-40 storey Office Tower
-30 storey Residential Tower
-18 storey Hotel Apartment
-3 storey Retail Zone and a terrance Garden
Thats great. That skyline area will slowly link till Intermark in the future :D

This project somehow reminds me of PJ8

I agree but until DBKL solve the traffic mess on jalan tun razak i will continue avoid that area!

n then with the KL financial district is coming up... i cannot imagine how that road are going to cope with extra cars in the future. It already a big mess right now.
Hope people will get awareness to use public transport...In the future,one person one car is not suitable for big city....this happen in newyork,tokyo,shanghai...when people start to walking,Cycling to go to work...
True enough but when it comes to this jalan tun razak i give up!Anytime of the day its a zoo max!I can never figure why they put the national library there in the first place?
Yes,national library should be build somewhere else..that one is already outdated :(
