^^ So nennt es sich schon ziemlich lange!

Heute fanden tatsächlich so etwas wie bau- und arbeitsähnliche Tätigkeiten statt auf dem Gelände. Die ersten seit mindestens 7 Jahren. Einiges an Baumwuchs musste daran glauben. Baumbesetzungen sind keine überliefert.

Dann kann es ja bald losgehen...

FELLBACH | GEWA-Tower | 107m | 34 fl | U/C

GEWA group builds in Fellbach with 107m the fourth-tallest residential building in Germany in outstanding architecture.
Located in the dynamic economic region of Stuttgart and at the same time in the scenic Remstal. The building offers
on 34 floors 65 exclusive apartments with fantastic view. In addition comes a business hotel with about 110 rooms.

It's a nice building, but unfortunately they are building it in a completely wrong location. Who wants to live in a suburban industrial district surrounded by car garages, furniture shops and McDonald's drive-in's?

It would have been so much better if they decided to build it in the new Europaviertel in the middle of Stuttgart.

Well, I'd say views from Fellbach are somewhat better and the surroundings are more calm and less stressful than "Downtown Stuttgart". In addition, Stuttgart's core tends to get heated and struggling with smog more than any other place in Germany. So it still looks a little odd at the location, but I can comprehend there's a market for this tower.

Thank you for the thread Klaus, good job and keep going! :eek:kay: A pleasant tower design.

The location is definitly strange, because its not even really a wealthy part of the city. But in the center of Stuttgart its just impossible to get the permission to build a highrise.
