Ang dami nang buildings sa area na yan ng Filinvest City. Okay lang kahit 12 storeys lang itong new building and hopefully ay more to be build at mga highrises na.

It seems getting true to that rendering na glassy rin naman ang building.If it's actually similar to CTP Red Davao ,it will be fine coz it's in Mindanao already .

There are portions of the front and back of the building which has been already installed with floor to ceiling glass curtain wall ..so the render above for CTP Red Davao may be the same for this project.

This building is getting more beautiful as it approaches the finishing stages of its exteriors with those glassy panels and cladding being installed on it. although it has one side with plain concrete firewall ,it does not matter at all .
