 yeah South Tel Aviv it's not really proud of Tel Aviv:lol:
it is old and neglected !
jup it is. But hey there is always worse it doesnt look like south Tehran (thats when you see old but not as neglected as this..)
Hmm... this is the area you recommended me to live in, Zohar? Which were the reasons?
^^ maybe it seems an ugly place, but it's a very friendly place for youg people, and there are a lot of pubs and clubs in there/
its not such a bad place.. its a different lifestyle :)

my unviersity is a block (well actually, there is some buildings in the gay neighbourhoods) from the gay neighbourhood in toronto....

and one time, i got lost...not lost, but an ATM machine ate my card and i got lost trying to find my way...

it was a bad expeirence....
here you have a young boy....with a KenVelo shirt and a bag walking alone in the gay neigbhbourhood....
people were overly friendly at times.... :runaway:

Thanks but I don't need to live in a ghetto to find myself comfortable :)
^^it's not ghetto,there are many students,musicians...
What I was trying to say is that I don't need to live in a specific "gay area" to find myself comfortable. All I need is respect from people. Of course gay neighborhoods are fun to visit, but they're usually overpriced (at least in Spain gay neighborhoods are quite upscale areas) and I don't necessarily have to live surrounded by gay people to feel comfy.
hehe everywhere in Tel Aviv u'll feel comfortable, maybe except Bus station area:D (there only transexuals can feel free:lol: )
Yeah bus stations are often places of cruising... it feels so uncomfortable!
in Israeli bus station u will feel like in border between Phillipines,Thailand and India:lol:
i hope soon all Florentin will be like Hertzl st. in this neighbourhood!!
they changed this street in the center of Florentin...
they renovated the buildings in the streets, the electricity is under ground now, green trees, chairs like in Magen square etc...
