Florentine/Herzl St. area
I've noticed that there are very few threads and pics devoted to the area around Herzl street that runs all the way down past Florentine, with even fewer renovation projects slated. What gives? This is one of the districts of the city with the largest amount of potential, IMO, and yet no one seems to give a crap about it 
hno:hno:hno:. As it is part of/close to Lev Ha'ir, is there any chance of seeing it receive similar treatment as Montifiore, Yavne, Ahad Ha'am, etc.?
