That area is booming and please keep going that way! really like to see that part of CHAOPRAYA with skyscrapers on both sides like Sathorn Rd. but water instead of street version!

Yea! The location is great! But the design seem to be sleek but nothing really interesting. . . . but lets wait for the final render BUT anyway GOOD news
