It has already become one.. twin towers of Deloitte and Asian institute hospital are gonna add to the Ramky skyline.

1000 flats on first day is a hype created by the builder. if that's the case we wouldn't see any more advertisement of this project.
However construction has started and we must change the title of this Thread to U/C.
