Ladies and Gentlemen!

It is our great pleasure to inform you about a new large investment located at the territory of the 3-City. Nova Investment Sp. z o.o. – Poland, a private capital group with investor’s experience in Gdańsk and Kraków – obtained a permit of Gdynia Authorities to amend the local zoning plan and commenced preparation to carrying out – at Kazimierz Górski Street, so called Droga Gdyńska - of an investment under the name Panorama Business & Reatil Park.
On a plot of land with the space of 1.6 ha a service-trading complex will be raised with the rent space exceeding 60 000 m2. The Complex will comprise:

* The highest in the 3-City – height of 120 m – office block class A with 30 000 m2 of office space;
* Two hotels of class 2 and 4, 200 rooms in total;
* Commercial structure with the space of 21 000 m2.

The whole investment will be accompanied with a car park for 1 100 vehicles.
On the hotel roof a beauty spot has been planned, from which it will be possible to admire Gdańsk Bay. Additionally, 2 000 m2 has been planned for a fitness centre.

The structure has been designed while following high energetic restrictions and using modern technical solutions such as heat pumps.

The investment has been located at the major communication artery of Gdynia, in direct neighbourhood of the planned Metropolitan Train station, opposite the spectator-sports hall.
