Looks like a really nice city, but the skyline is pretty much nonexistant. I like the proposed building - who's the architect? I visited Poland last year (Warsaw, Krakow, and Zakopane) and really enjoyed it. I find that, generally, Polish people have a great sense of style (architecute, interior design...). It's very understated, subtle, elegant, and refined (all those commie blocks were of course much appreciated gifts from the Russians ).
I hate it when people are ignorant enough to say "wheres the skyline?!?!?!?!?!" or "This city has no skyline!?!?!?" on every city they see that does have huge buildings. The word SKYLINE just means the view of the cluster of buildings in a city...it has nothing to do with 1000 foot buildings soaring everywhere! i could show you a pic of my tiny coloniel town of Nazareth PA and it could still be a skyline. If it has buildings, it has a skyline!
anyway i think this city is beutiful I want to go their someday!
