Starting with this thread and all subsequent ones, I'm going to skip the "going on a trip with Hans and Frans" narrative. It was getting tedious to make it all up. I'll write some brief comments for many of the pictures, but that's it. For continuity sake I'll continue to call the threads "Germany by Rail" but I won't pretend to be going on a rail trip anymore. Sorry. ;) :D

DRESDEN - CENTRAL AND NORTH

Both North and South contain #41 - #45. That's because I decided to add some more north photos after I already made the south set. You'll get over it. ;)

Aside from what look to be commie-blocks in the first handful of shots, you've got pictures of some pretty nice neighbourhoods.
