This is a new residential estate development launching through Pam Golding for Sibaya. It is on the coastal side, in walking distance to the new town centre and near the new paths down to the beach and uMhloti town. uMhlanga is 15mins away and Durban central 35mins

Sites with plot and plan are from R4.95m to R15m
