You need to have some editing software. Did a disk come with the camera for you to d/load? You may even have Microsoft Photo Editor on your system. If not, d/load one from the net such as Photo Finale
As for the graininess, it won't be so obvious if you "shrink" them. Perhaps lower the ISO in your camera's menu next time. You can pick up lots of tips or ask away in the official Official Photography Thread in the Skybar section (pays off once you get used to the "mumbo-jumbo" kay: ).
