Umhlanga is coming of age as a commercial district rather than a place for leisure

Yeah the beach side area of the village is still very leisure and tourist focussed, but up the hill by gateway is very commercial, corporate and residential.

The new leisure nodes are moving north to Sibaya and Ballito, also because people are being priced out of uMhlanga

I like the idea of a GSB being in the Umhlanga area..

It in some ways divorces it from the academic centres and would bring more business focus to the students there...
