This is probably the most interesting new development in Brooklyn along with Domino Sugar redevelopment project. Can't wait to see this going!

Well, they're buildings.
What Nexis posted is NOT this development. He posted buildings in Williamsburg, a development called Northside Piers. Greenpoint Landing is about a mile away from this place, in a different neighborhood. None of the highrise buildings for this development have been constructed yet.

Since we didn't have borough sections before it was hard to keep track of all these developments in outer boroughs.

Ah , I wasn't aware of that...they kinda all look the same..

YIMBY: Construction Update: Greenpoint Landing

Construction is chugging along on the banks of Newtown Creek in north Brooklyn, where Greenpoint Landing will eventually span 10 acres with 5,000 apartments. YIMBY swung by the megaproject earlier this month and caught up on the progress at three affordable rental buildings: 33 Eagle Street, 21 Commercial Street, and 5 Blue Slip.

Really insane densification..worthy of a true modern megacity. Would be amazing if it all got done within 3-5 years.
