The TECOM plot nearer to Al Salam tower, should be for the Twin Towers from that Saudi group. We heard the news on Real Estate TV but no renders or pless releases were issued. Middle East Foundations is doing the piling and ground work

it is aaaaamazing.
and in a way it has the same style as ocean heights and even the marina terrace...
i like damac more and more...
look at the garden and water on the top... would be a nice penthouse, though its only commercial, maybe office of one of the executives.

don't think this one has been proposed for dubailand, only a very small number of towers have been launched for dubailand yet

dennis, thats correct, its across the road from one marina and to the side of the DMC building 1 (in the old DMC carpark)

yeah its defenetly located right on the corner opposite Number One Marina . I saw some workers wondering around in the end of march, but couldn't understand what they were doing there. They fenced the area and its pretty big, plus when they first put the fence it was all covered with Damac projects and pics or something(dont remember exactly). Anyways, GREAT location, sometimes i think tht im gonna faint everytime when i see THE ROW completed.
