i dun see how this can help the poor....how would they have internet access or even educated enough to read newspapers? most of the hardcore poor just lock themselves in the room and lead lonely lives....
the government has good intentions...but fails miserably in executing and implementing it.
oh well.....this is partly due to the fact that they only take scholars and high flyers who are sadly most of the time good at just making policies. and just to add, most of the elites cannot relate to the plight of the poor.
