quite uncommon to build such tall towers without concrete core, but this will speed up the construction indeedwithout a concrete core they will indeed skyrocket upwards

According to Wiki this city had 3,4mio habitants in 2002, so probably alot more now. They definitely need alot more lines in the futureThe city doesn't have a metro yet. Will open 2017 with two lines. many more lines planned in future.
