Guiyang seems like a rather nice place. Let's hope they will keep the pollution in the area low, combined with all the neat buildings in the city it would make it one of the nicest-looking cities in China.
Speaking of pollution, China is currently home to tens of millions of middle-class people living in huge, dense cities troubled with pollution. Are there any places to go on holiday for all those people? A "getaway" from the smoggy industrial cities? A country with more than a billion people, many of them climbing the social ladder, should have a pretty huge potential for in-country tourism.
