"ghost lighting" like that is off putting to me. I know it's technically not true ghost lighting, but that style of lighting shouts "occupancy available" even if the towers eventually are fully occupied.

The mall under the buildings is "a dolphin", its "tail" is built in front.:)

Everytime I come across a new Chinese city among these project threads, I am flabbergasted at the incredible speed of development. Guiyang seems to have no less than three supertall projects U/C now! Guiyang looks like an interesting city, far away from the plains and the coasts, and in-between hilly areas.

even the non hilly area is 1000m above sea level, this gives the area a really nice climate, at least if you visit from guangdong haha. I visited Guiyang for two days and i really enjoyed my stay. It has a lot of very nice areas. And taking a bus over bridges and tunnels is just amazing. A city split exactly in the middle by hills is really unique, especially with this area right in the middle of the hills.
