yeah, well we won't know if it is topped out until the crane is gone, because there is no way to know if the spire is canceled or not.

i thought the roof was at 320m without the spires

^^ I can live with that. 335m is a good height to say the least and the spires were not an integral part of the design anyway. Would have prefered having them, but it's not a really big deal to me.

if they cancel only one spire, people would call it a copy of the old WTC, i rather have both or neither, it also makes it real twins, if they are exactly the same.

The walls of residential towers are pretty crazy as well
wonder what the city will look like from a far, these supertalls are basically on top of the mountain that is splitting this city into two.
the top is progressing so slow

boxes are the most generic skyscraper shape. wouldn't call that a copy of anything.
Everytime I come across a new Chinese city among these project threads, I am flabbergasted at the incredible speed of development. Guiyang seems to have no less than three supertall projects U/C now! Guiyang looks like an interesting city, far away from the plains and the coasts, and in-between hilly areas.
even the non hilly area is 1000m above sea level, this gives the area a really nice climate, at least if you visit from guangdong haha. I visited Guiyang for two days and i really enjoyed my stay. It has a lot of very nice areas. And taking a bus over bridges and tunnels is just amazing. A city split exactly in the middle by hills is really unique, especially with this area right in the middle of the hills.
