It's the child of Shanghai Tower and CITIC Plaza in Beijing. But it's missing a few chromosomes. Adorable but weird.

not exactly my taste and the interior facade looks a bit strange, just like this.

Does anyone know the current status of this building? I looked on Google Earth and it appears to be in a similar situation as the July 2014 photo. Bing Maps is way outdated so that didn't help at all. This could be close to under construction at this point if it moved forward.

Do we have another photo update? It's been almost 2 years since the last update. It looks like they had a lot of excavation still to do. Hopefully they are very close to U/C at this point.
