Nice looking tower. However, if that render is any indication of the buildings surrounding it, this tower will stick out like a soar thumb.

I have a really good feeling about this one. Hanevi'im cluster in progress. Old cinema and office building next to it has to go to make room. Plaza between it and the old post office can stay, dope af with coffee shops.
