Haifa LPC does not allow any new towers above 12 floors on the central mountain ridge
so this will be the only such project.

it took 25 years to build Ahad HaAm tower ,municipality of Haifa is one of the worst in the country, no luck for this city.

agree I saw its now in all the local news
the city planning office of Haifa is crashing
developers are leaving the city and many jobs not filled
