Has anyone been to the Shangri La Resort @ Fiji?

Hi im wondering of anyone has been to the Shangri La Resort at Fiji. I am going there with family in 3 weeks time. It seems like a FANTASTIC place. But i have read some very bad reviews about it. Has anyone been?
