i call it the kingkey brotherhood, but yeah the designs are just concept anyways . the heights given and the floor counts seem a bit weird though, so if the floor count stays the same i do think that in the end we will get maybe 4 or 5 supertalls out of this and with over 120 floors the biggest tower is likely megatall, but we will see. it is just a massive project. baoneng does seem to be a good developer as well, the pearl of the north is aready in late preparation status and we never heard bad things about it, so let us hope.

Ground breaking ceremony. This is too good to be true, but still I don't think this is the final design.

According to the models:
Tower 1: 125~ floors.
Tower 2: 103~ floors.
Tower 3: 90~ floors.
Tower 4: 80~ floors.
Tower 5: 68~ floors.
Tower 6: 54~ floors.
Tower 7: 43~ floors.

So we would get 5 supertalls.

Best project ever.

I wish we could get real heights and floor figures. Can't find anything at Atkins' website
