Architect: Atkins. Actually this is one of the rejected designs for Guangzhou East Tower. Evergrande has been using it for concept displays for years, now it seems they're actually using it.

I've actually been there 2 years ago and it was certainly the poorest and least developed provincial capital I ever visited in China. Is there honestly a demand for those kind of buildings there?
