It doesnt existAccording the air-traffic obstacle list of UK, over Glen Pean runs at 56°56′55.30″N 5°28′48.20″W a powerline whose conductors reaches a height of 439 metres (!) above ground. This would be the highest span in Europe ( in the world). Unfortunately no good satellite pictures are available, but there seem to exist at least one electricity pylon nearby. Can one of the forum members please check, if there is really a powerline with such a great ground height and take pictures?
