The construction has started on Block C of the redevelopments next to Hiroshima station.

The final design of the tower is lower then the original plans, but it's a nice looking tower. The commercial/shops part of the design has also changed, and it has become a monster. It turned out truly awful, a true eyesore right next to the station. The original design had a more interesting facade, part glass, part green. Now it's just a square gray whale. Unless the whole is completely glass wall with multiple colors, but I doubt that's the case.

anyway, another render of the tower that makes this project still worthwhile.

This tower is close to City Tower Hiroshima right? Nice to see a mini-cluster of residential and mix use towers in this area.
