ONLY corruption, Rich looter, poverty, poor health systems, and dirty cities have changed.Uganda was better than Kenya in Tourism then but now, Kenya is 100 times better....This is a 60s picture of Kampala
Back then they had no better construction equipment, & technology but know its 21st century we have all those oppunities if you compare todays Uganda & then, there is no much difference, cause in my opinion the 60s-70s Uganda had better infrastructure than todays Uganda, Most of the public building services & roads you see in Uganda are not upto date since the 50s-60s-70s regimes left power.

If Uganda had the same government that was in charge by that time, Uganda would have been one of the best African nations with a strong economy

Cause thats how kampala looks now, no change but alot of disorganisation & chaos, corruption, poverty
You can tell Uganda was developing fast back then in the 1960s-1970s Uganda was ranked behind Zimbabwe,South Africa,Kenya African nations that were on international standards developing list

Then in 1960z

This is why i love Uganda back then before NRM look at it

Most buildings that you see today in Uganda were built by the previous Government's Including all the public services that you see in Uganda & that includes Hospitals/Mulago,University/Makerere & the Government schools/Buganda road & shimon etc were sold by the current corrupt/NRM Gov for there own interest.

This is why i hate musevenis regime/NRM they have sold Uganda assets trains, buses which are important in form of quick tranport for longer distance jurneys to avoid road accidents which we have so many now in Uganda more than 2 million people a year get killed due to bad roads & poor transport system.

most of Kampala property was sold to investors by Museveniz regime and Uganda now has little properties to celebrate about, WE serve electricity to Rwanda, Kenya, Southern Sudan but their electricity is very more cheaper than us the exporte, and Uganda is home to highest electricity tariffs after Sweden in da whole world, can u believe

Uganda then had a organized bus system The street looks so clean and well paved & everyone was looking very smart & enjoying happines, Kampala had pride in those days.

Contributed alot to Uganda development, may his soul rest in eternal peace
He was not so educated but he had the common sense to rule Uganda to be a better place for everyone.

The only mistake he did was to mislead the Ugandan asian's out of Uganda cause everyone in this world diserves a second chance he could have thought twice making that big dicision & work things out with them. cause upto now the international media still portray's him as a bloody monster.

But other than that he has contributed alot to Kampala city development most Government schools & hospitals you see in Uganda today were built under Amins Regime & previous Governments but then all sold to unknown investors by M7s NRM regime.

Now lets take a good look at Uganda after 25 years of NRM/NRA regime,
Alot of Ugandans think our country is progressing but the truth is "keep dreaming" with this current Govment Uganda is going nowhere, Imagine this photos were taken in 50s-60s-70s previous Governments & you can see Uganda was clean & had a strong economy, back then only with 50 Ugandan shillings you can buy clothes,&keep enough food on the table but know u can only buy one sweet.
The roads & the public services you see in the pictures are not upto date, since this previous Governments left power, Uganda stopped having public facilties like schools, hospitals, enough electricty supply, good road networks, easy transport system, etc
And guess what ??? its 21st century with oppotunities using technolgy to export & import goods in & out of the country,
so tell me Uganda is not going backwards ?
Incompetent leadership, selfish greed, corrupt mentality have become a culture in our politcs & its destorying our country.

After 25 years of Dictatorship this what Uganda looks like today.

After 25 years of Dictatorship this what Uganda looks like today.
See Generously and analysis

looking for votes in the middle of kampala, he last came in 2006 election time here,This is what happens when a country has a verry cheap narrow minded president, he doesnt even seem to care the roads his using.

A GOVERNMENT CHANGE IS A MUST IN UGANDA.TOTAL SHAME

A Girls Aloud singer has been visiting hospitals in Uganda as part of the Sport Relief campaign

Its a shame that Uganda Government let her people suffer while missionaries are doing work for them,
M7's regime has done completely nothing for Uganda after 24 years of selfishess & greed.

Its 21st century & a Government change is a must in Uganda or otherwise Ugandans will have more years to suffer under a corrupt, dictatorial regime.

In todays Uganda is getting tough & tougher i can tell you 95% of this University gratuates will end up selling junk on small markets & 5% might get lucky & get employed to a good job.

What the Ugandan government is supposed to do is to invest in projects that will give out jobs.only his tribesmen and family get jobs

The government’s shs2 billion for soft loans to jobless school graduates to start their own business will translate into shs12000 for each graduate, based on the estimated 400, 000 unemployed graduates per year.

Its 21st century with technology & this is how Uganda looks today, where are we heading to ?????

Todays Uganda
No hope for the younger generation cause education dont mean nothing especially when your poor parents waste all there savings to put you in school but at the end of the day you end up selling junk on small markets cause scholarships & top jobs are being given to kids or relatives that are close to NRM regime.

Todays Uganda
people like you have caused alot of accidents due to poor road system & luck of funds due to corruption.
contractors steal 80% and 20%... does the job as opposed to the opposite. In the end the work will be shoddy.
The best would be if the donors do the job themselves

Du u guys remeber this snap in 1960 its still da same, wat can i say
